To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes and dukhoon cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photos for quick assistance.

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
